Stanton Elementary K-Kids

We have three very active K-Kids clubs in all of our elementary schools.  Each club averages around 40 members made up of 4th and 5th graders.  They plan monthly service projects including food drive for Powell Co. Food Bank, Fundraisers for the "Make a Wish Foundation" & "Haiti Food Pack-A-Thon", supply drive for the "Powell Co Pets", community clean up projects and much much more.  Two of our three clubs have taken end of the year trips to our State Capitol and the Kentucky History Museum in Frankfort. 
Regular Powell County Kiwanis meetings are held monthly the fourth Tuesday at 6pm at the Mr. Ed's Hotdogs 209 North Main Street, Stanton, KY 40380
